For drivers

Email info@kiwieats.co.nz. Include the email address you sign in with and the order number, and we can find the delivery straight away.

Urgent problem with a delivery you are on right now? Call the store. Its number is in the app, on the delivery.

For customers

Kiwi Eats does not take orders. For anything about your order, such as where it is, what is in it, or a refund, contact the store you ordered from.

For a privacy question, or to ask about a photo taken at your doorstep, email info@kiwieats.co.nz. What we hold and for how long is set out in the Privacy Notice for Customers.

Delete your account

In the Kiwi Eats Driver app: open Profile, then Delete account. Or email info@kiwieats.co.nz from the address you sign in with and we will do it for you.

When your account is deleted:

• your sign-in ends on every phone and your email address is released;
• your name and phone number are removed. If a store still owes you money, or you still have its cash or an order, we keep them until that is settled, then remove them;
• your availability preferences, vehicle details and your phone's notification token are deleted;
• the record of deliveries you completed and the money paid for them is kept, because it is also the store's record, and New Zealand tax law requires business records to be kept for 7 years;
• proof-of-delivery photos are deleted 30 days after the delivery, as they always are.
